Counting scale 938

The 938 counting scale is the compact solution for precise, fast counting of small and large parts in production, warehouse, and logistics.

Its standard connection for a second weighing bridge makes it possible to expand the 938 into a compact counting-weighing system for small and large parts in cartons, containers, or pallets.

A three-part LCD display with blue backlight shows weight, unit weight, and piece count simultaneously, while a robust ABS housing with stainless-steel weighing platform, height-adjustable feet, and integrated leveling bubble ensures stable, repeatable results. Thanks to the dustproof membrane keypad with numeric pad, reference quantities, reference weights, tare values, and target values can be entered conveniently.

The 938 combines weighing, counting, summing, automatic optimization of the reference piece weight, and adjustable target control with LO/OK/HI LEDs and an acoustic signal for fast pass/fail decisions.

Technically, it offers a weighing range of 0–30 kg with 1 g readability and a minimum piece weight from 0.8 g, a settling time of approx. 1–2 seconds, and an integrated 6 V / 4 Ah battery with up to around 55 hours of operating time with backlight or 120 hours without backlight, plus mains operation. Optional interfaces are available for connecting a printer or an external signal tower.
