Transfer weighing data to any PC software

With DataRDK 5.0, weighing data can be transferred to virtually any Windows PC software. The characters received from the scale are inserted at the current cursor position in the active program window, allowing fields, forms, or lists to be populated directly with weight values.

Save weighing values in databases and files

The software can write weighing data to an MS Access database, an MS SQL database, or to files. Both continuous writing to a single file and saving each individual weighing in a separate file are supported.

Remote control of the scale via PC

DataRDK 5.0 allows remote control of the scale through user-defined interface commands such as tare, counting function, or receipt output. These commands can be assigned to PC keys, eliminating the need to switch between the desktop workstation and the scale.

Weight display always in the foreground

An optional window displays the net weight of the connected indicator permanently in the foreground. This improves visibility and helps ensure safe monitoring of weighing processes even when working in other programs in parallel.

Target weighing for monitored processes

For PC-based monitoring, a target weighing function with up to five signal ranges can be configured. Individual min and max values, signal colors, and signal tones support precise and process-reliable workflows.

Weighing results can be printed directly on a form printer using a freely customizable Excel print layout. This allows printouts to be adapted to existing documentation or form processes.

Licensing

DataRDK 5.0 is licensed PC software; the license key is bound to the respective PC and is non-transferable.
