The determination of the exact part weight (unit weight) of an article or product forms the basis for the meaningfulness of the counting result from a counting scale or counting system. For this reason, RHEWA offers a compact counting system called the Counting Scale 036, which consists of two weighing platforms. The large weighing platform functions as a bench scale, while the small reference scale is directly attached to the stand. Once the unit weight is determined or retrieved from the device database, counting of parts in a box, container, or similar can begin immediately. If you’re dealing with particularly small and lightweight parts weighing less than 0.05 g, you can connect a precision scale from the laboratory area to this counting scale and operate it from the RHEWA evaluation unit.
With the Counting Scale System 84vario-036, the connection of two additional weighing platforms allows coverage of an extremely wide range of parts.
