With the upcoming market launch of the two software solutions, Remote Scale App and DataRouter 4.0, RHEWA-WAAGENFABRIK is venturing into new territory. After a focused and successful development and testing phase, the user-friendly applications will soon be launched.

The Remote Scale App for RHEWA weighing devices is a smart and reliable remote control that frees users of weighing technology from being tied to a workstation with a weighing device. Weighing results, settings, and operation of the scale, as well as all functions of the weighing device, are available on the user's device - whether it's a mobile phone, tablet, or any other mobile terminal.

By allowing users to customize the name of the scale, display the device type, and show the nameplate, it ensures that the desired scale is selected. The only requirements for using this innovative software are a network interface on the RHEWA weighing device and that the scale and user's device are connected to the same network. The Remote Scale App is compatible with Android, iOS, and Windows

DataRouter 4.0 - Keeping the most important things in sight

With the new version of the RHEWA application DataRouter 4.0, data transmission from your scale to any software running on Windows operating systems starting from Windows 10 is possible. The data can be transmitted via LAN, WLAN, USB, or RS-232. The DataRouter provides an ergonomic and time-saving solution for transferring and filling in weighing results into internal forms.

Furthermore, the program ensures that the weight display is permanently in the foreground of the screen. It allows for the customization of hotkeys for various functions such as taring, counting, and receipt printing and many more. This eliminates the need for users to physically switch between their computer workstation and the scale, making it particularly convenient.
